Toy Story in Concert event is coming a short drive from Lancashire

A Toy Story in Concert date has been announced in a venue just a short drive from Lancashire in the show’s first ever UK tour.

Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story will be presented live in concert for the first time nationwide in 2022 with tickets now on pre-sale.

It will feature the groundbreaking complete film with Oscar and Grammy-winning composer Randy Newman’s musical score performed live to the film.

The Toy Story films are beloved worldwide for their compelling characters, extraordinary storytelling, stunning visuals and memorable songs including You’ve Got a Friend in Me, Strange Things and I Will Go Sailing No More

Toy Story answers the question of what toys do when people aren’t around with a fantastic fun-filled journey, viewed mostly through the eyes of two rival toys – Woody, the lanky, likable cowboy, and Buzz Lightyear, the fearless space ranger.

Toy Story in Concert is presented by Senbla, and performed by the Novello Orchestra conducted by David Mahoney.

Tickets are now on pre-sale on the Disney Tickets website for the show at Manchester Bridgewater Hall on February 18, 2022 at 7.30pm.
