Pure Drama is a new exciting theatre group opening here in Carlisle. It’s sole purpose is to provide fun, engaging drama skills sessions to children and young people who want to have a go at acting without having to do the singing and dancing alongside. There are two age groups, 8 to 12 year olds and 12 to 16, (12 year olds choosing the group they feel most comfortable in.) We are running taster sessions on the 3rd of July with a view to starting weekly sessions late September 2023. There are two taster sessions. 8 to 12’s will be at 4:45 to 6:15 pm and the 12’s to 16’s will be 6:30 to 8:00pm. Both taster sessions will take at Wigton Road Methodist Church in the upstairs room.
