NSPCC is celebrating 140 years and holding a special Christmas Carols By Candlelight concert to mark its anniversary on Wednesday 4th December.  The event is taking place in the beautiful surroundings of Kendal Parish Church and will feaure a Christmas Tree festival. Its a fantastic way  to celebrate this festive season everyone is welcome. We are pleased to announce performances from Burneside Brass, Bay Community Singers, K Shoes Male Voice Choir, Kendal Choristers and St Oswalds CE Prinary School, Burneside Childrens Choir Our Compere is John Sexton chairman of Go Racing in Yorkshire and chairman of the British Thoroughbred Reraining centre.

We want to answer every call to our Childline service, reach every child who needs us, and keep adapting to whatever challenges this year throws at us. We’re constantly inspired by the courage and resilience of children and young people.
